Snoopy is a main, human character from the teen-family-comedy-drama-musical TV series, CityKids. He was portrayed by Hassan Elgeldi.
Appearance in Rooftop Thanksgiving[]
The CityKids are trying to decide where to have a Thanksgiving party. In a library, Snoopy tells his friends he can't attend because he volunteered to do some work at a homeless shelter where he lives. The others are disappointed about him not being able to come, but he made a commitment. He also mentions that they have families, unlike him.
On the day the party is thrown, Snoopy is able to make it after all. He comes in the middle of his friends' debate about whether they should help out homeless people more often or not. He tells them that holidays are so difficult for him, since he has no family and if he hadn't received any help from the homeless shelter, he would've been out on the streets too. That settles it for Tito, as his mind is made up to extend his hand to help out a boy named Sam, and his parents, Doug and Nina, who are on the roof of another building across from the one where the CityKids are. The others eventually join him, inviting the family to their party, which after a moment of hesitation, they accept.
When the CityKids return to the roof through the stairwell, they find the family are no longer there. The CityKids go to search for them and begin to follow, as they had arranged for them to stay in a homeless shelter. But Snoopy says it's best to let them go, so they can keep their freedom of being vagabonds and not being ordered around, as that's considered to be one of the worst things about being homeless. The others disappointingly and reluctantly agree, and they tidy up everything from the party on the roof at sunset.
